Before joining the organization, Colin used to work as CEO in a second generation manufacturing company. His prime task in that company as to restructure the company's woeful debts and turnaround the non performing entity. In his tenure, the company was able to reduce its non-performing debt by 59% and its operating cost by more than 60%. Apart from that, he was even able to reduce the overall headcount by 27%. His professional career initiated in Australia, working with some of the top 50 public-listed organizations of that country. After that, between 1983 and the 2001, he established two highly successful IT and info-com companies. In year, 1991, National Australia Bank Ethnic Busines honored him by naming him Businessperson of the year.
